The 100 (The CW)

The CW’s “The 100” has added another Grounder to its growing cast, with…Brenda Strong joining in the role of Nia, Queen of the Ice Nation

The Grounder clan was often referenced but unseen on the post-apocalyptic drama, but it looks like its infamously ruthless leader will finally make her appearance. Nia’s official description also says she does what she must to maintain her power, even when it puts her at odds with those closest to her.

Flaked (Netflix)

Ruth Kearney (The Following) is set as the female lead opposite Will Arnett and David Sullivan in Netflix comedy series Flaked…Flaked tells the serio-comic story of Chip (Arnett), a celebrated long-time resident of the insular world of Venice, California who falls for the object of his best friend’s fascination. That would be London (Kearney), a beautiful Venice Beach waitress, who is the latest object of Dennis’ (Sullivan) affection, but she is clearly smitten with Chip (Arnett). Chip offers to rent London a studio apartment that’s located above his furniture shop, which will ultimately only make things more complicated.

Robert Wisdom has booked a heavily recurring role opposite Will Arnett in Netflix comedy series Flaked…Wisdom is George, who loves teasing Chip and isn’t afraid to abuse his police powers to do it, but also serves as a no-nonsense voice of reason.
