First Look at Diana Prince and Her Family Members in Wonder Woman. After her first appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, audiences will be looking forward to Gal Gadot as the Amazonian warrior. We now have a first image of her with some of her comrades.

EW first released an exclusive look at the Amazonian warriors for Patty Jenkins’ upcoming solo movie for Wonder Woman. The photo gives us a first glimpse of Diana Prince’s homeland of Themyscira. Along with Gal Gadot as Diana in her training gear, we also have our first look at some of her family members and comrades: Lieutenant Menalippe (Lisa Loven Kongsli), Queen Hippolyta (Connie Nielsen), and General Antioppe (Robin Wright).

The site also gives a profile for three of our supporting characters from the film. The three immortals are responsible for raising and training Diana, but they don’t always see eye-to-eye. Diana’s mother Hippolyta is shown as a radical leader who wants to protect her daughter from the outside world while Diana’s aunt and trainer Antiope wants to prepare her. “She is the only child they raised together,” Jenkins explains during her shoot in London. “And their love for her manifests in a different way for each of them.”

So check out the image and let us know what you think. Are you excited to see these women in action? Wonder Woman is set to release on June 23, 2017.
