Writers Guild Awards 2020 Film Nominations

1917, Knives Out, Marriage Story, and the other nominations for the 2020 Writers Guild Awards have been announced. The 72nd Annual Writers Guild Awards (WGA) are presented by the “Writers Guild of America, West (WGAW) and the Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE)…for outstanding achievement in writing for the screen.”

Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Pedro Almodóvar’s Pain & Glory, and Lulu Wang’s The Farewell were not allowed to be nominated for various reasons.
