Teaser Trailer for Syfy’s Wynonna Earp Gets Released. Syfy has just unveiled its first teaser trailer for the upcoming adaptation of Wynonna Earp. The teaser of the live-action series, starring Melanie Scrofano, gave viewers a taste of what’s coming in this supernatural tale.

Based on the comic book series created by Beau Smith, the show follows Wynonna Earp as this gun-wielding demon slayer, following in the footsteps of her great grandfather Wyatt Earp. She uses her abilities along with help with some fellow allies to stop the supernatural from invading their town. The series also stars Tim Rozon as legendary con artist Doc Holliday and Shamier Anderson as the mysterious Agent Dolls. Emily Andras, who developed Lost Girl and Killjoys, serves as executive producer and showrunner for the series. The first season of 13 episodes is set to premiere on April 1.
