BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE (2016) New Mini Trailers Aren’t Cute

Ben Affleck Henry Cavill Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice adds two more teaser trailers. It’s 2016, so that could only mean that the hype machine, for Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, will be out to find you. Just like last year. Two more eyeball seekers have come forward; each sporting alter ego disguises, so we don’t recognize the familiar hero footage underneath.

Familiar, in this case, would be the parsing of the first meeting, between Clark Kent (Henry Cavill) & Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), setting up for a Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) tension breaker. Luthor’s aside, about not picking fights, naturally sets up the second teaser, where the Batman literally runs into Superman. It doesn’t go well for the Batmobile; but somewhere between Superman’s passive (aggressive?) dinging of his ride, and their costumed face to face, comes the justification for that now infamous question of Superman’s ability to hemorrhage. Still waiting on what that could actually be.

Rehashes or not, I’d consider this a taste of things to come. Haven’t you heard? The big screen superhero wars are officially on.
