CONSTANTINE: Show Gets a Return Date and a New Timeslot

Constantine Matt Ryan

NBCs Constantine Moves to a New Time and Gets Return Date. Ever since Constantine premiered, the Hellblazer adaptation has struggled in the ratings at its 10PM death slot. Well, we are happy to learn that NBC has finally listened to fans and are moving the show to an earlier time.

On Twitter, the official Constantine page shared the good news that after the hiatus, the show will move to 8PM when the show returns on January 16. With this new slot, this confirms that NBC still has faith in seeing the show succeed and allowing viewers to sample the show as it returns for the last five episodes of the shortened first season. Here’s hoping with the new timeslot, the ratings will show some improvement over it’s dreaded 10PM outing.

What are your thoughts on Constantine moving to a new time? Are you excited to see the return of John Constantine on January 16?

Constantine stars Matt Ryan, Harold Perrineau, Charles Halford, and Angelica Celaya.
