CONTAGION (2011) Movie Trailer: Steven Soderbergh, Matt Damon, Kate Winslet

The Contagion Trailer has premiered. Steven Soderbergh‘s Contagion (2011) movie trailer stars Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Gwyneth Paltrow, Laurence Fishburne, and Jude Law. Contagion‘s plot synopsis: “‘Contagion’ follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast-moving epidemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same time, ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming apart.

Looks good but they shouldn’t have given away that Gwyneth Paltrow’s character dies. Why give that away in the first trailer for the film? I do like the tone of the film. They also show that the virus breaks out everywhere, possibly causing The Walking Dead, 28 Days Later devastation.

Contagion also stars Marion Cotillard, Jennifer Ehle, Sanaa Lathan, John Hawkes, Elliott Gould, Natalie Gal, Jillian Armenante, Demetri Martin, and Monique Gabriela Curnen.
