VIKINGS: Season 4 Official Trailer: Brother Against Brother [History]

Alyssa Sutherland Travis Fimmel Alexander Ludwig Katheryn Winnick Vikings

Vikings Season 4 Trailer. History‘s Vikings Season 4 TV Show Trailer stars Travis Fimmel, Clive Standen, Gustaf Skarsgård, Katheryn Winnick, Alyssa Sutherland and Alexander Ludwig. The newest trailer shows Ragnar Lothbrok (Fimmel) and Rollo Lothbrok (Standen) at odds once more with plenty of blood shed at sea and on land. Ragnar has suffered many betrayals and will suffer more in Season 4.

It appears  Floki (Skarsgård) will face an agonizing sentence as retribution for murdering Athelstan (George Blagden). Last we saw, Bjorn (Ludwig) had become a father. Now, Bjorn looks eager for leadership and it is clear he may be acting as his father’s right hand during the next season. Lagertha (Winnick) was weighing marriage against war as a way to regain her earldom, and here she is covered in blood. Rollo was set to marry a hostile French princess and, yet, he is being wooed by the French king. It looks like Princess Aslaug (Sutherland) is worried about the line of succession and her place in the kingdom if Ragnar dies. The trailer hints at internal and international power struggles, domestic violence, more visits by the gods, more bloodshed, magic and madness. Everyone looks pretty badass.

With so much rich history to draw from, Ragnar’s story and his sons’ stories have many years of political and personal twists to portray. I am looking forward to what looks like a thrilling fourth season in Ragnar’s camp. How about you?  Source: history.com, Imdb.
