The theatrical movie box office results for March 5, 2021 through March 7, 2021 have been released. Raya and the Last Dragon premiered in the Number One spot at the United States box office over the weekend with $8.6 Million.

Tom and Jerry was Second at the box office with $6.6 Million.

Chaos Walking premiered in Third Place at the box office in the United States with $3.8 Million.

Boogie premiered in Fourth Place at the box office over the weekend with $1.2 Million.

The Croods: A New Age was Fifth at the box office over the weekend with $780 Thousand.

These films: The Little Things, Wonder Woman 1984, The Marksman, Judas and the Black Messiah, and Monster Hunter round out the Top Ten respectively.

Raya and the Last Dragon is a 2021 American computer-animated action-adventure fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Pictures and Walt Disney Animation Studios, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The 59th film produced by the studio, it is directed by Don Hall and Carlos López Estrada, co-directed by Paul Briggs and John Ripa, produced by Osnat Shurer and Peter Del Vecho, written by Qui Nguyen and Adele Lim, and music composed by James Newton Howard. The film features a predominantly Asian American cast, including the voices of Kelly Marie Tran as the titular Raya and Awkwafina as Sisu, the titular dragon, along with Izaac Wang, Gemma Chan, Daniel Dae Kim, Benedict Wong, Sandra Oh, Thalia Tran, Lucille Soong and Alan Tudyk.

Chaos Walking is a 2021 American dystopian action film directed by Doug Liman from a screenplay by Patrick Ness and Christopher Ford. It is based on the sci-fi trilogy Chaos Walking, adapting its first book, 2008’s The Knife of Never Letting Go by Ness. The film stars Daisy Ridley and Tom Holland, along with Mads Mikkelsen, Demián Bichir, Cynthia Erivo, Nick Jonas, and David Oyelowo, and follows a young man (Holland) who lives dystopian world where there are no women and all living creatures can hear each other’s thoughts in a stream of images, words, and sounds called “Noise.” When a woman (Ridley) crash lands onto the planet, he must help her escape his town’s villainous sheriff (Mikkelsen).

Boogie is a 2021 American drama film written and directed by Eddie Huang in his directorial debut. It stars Taylor Takahashi, Taylour Paige, Bashar “Pop Smoke” Jackson, and Jorge Lendeborg Jr.
