Emmy Awards 2010: Nominations

The nominees for the 2010 Emmy Awards have been announced. The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards show will air on August 29, 2010. “The Emmy Award, often referred to simply as the Emmy, is a television  production award, similar in nature to the Peabody Awards but more focused on entertainment, and is considered the television equivalent to the Academy Awards (for film), Grammy Awards (for music) and Tony Awards (for stage).”  I’m glad to see Coco with a nomination, especially after everything NBC pulled on him. I’m rooting for Mad Men or Dexter for Best Drama. Martin Short was great on this season of Damages. The full listing of the Emmy Award 2010 nominations is below.
