The Flash: Season 1 Episode 8: Flash vs Arrow plot synopsis: When a new meta-human, Chroma (Paul Anthony), threatens to take down Starling City, Arrow (Stephen Amell) requires more help than his standard crew, and therefore, The Flash comes to help.

The Flash and Arrow team up for a 2 – hour episode that starts off with a rigorous training routine. The duo finds themselves dealing with a new meta-human named Chroma. After getting a taste for how Arrow dispatches bad guys, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) presses Barry that he has to leave town. The Flash and Arrow soon realize they have very different views on how justice works. While discussing it they come to blows.
