Melissa Benoist Shares Photo of Lynda Carter on Set of Supergirl. Melissa Benoist was behind-the-scenes with the original Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter, who will play the President of the United States and the actress shared a photo with them together on set.

It was announced a while back that the veteran actress Lynda Carter will be joining The CW’s newly acquired series Supergirl as POTUS, and Melissa Benoist provided fans with a BTS photo on her Instagram page of the both of them. Carter is expected to be a recurring character, so we may be seeing her more often in the new season. With Carter in the mix and Supergirl part of The CW, will Carter’s President be a part of Arrow, The Flash, and Legends of Tomorrow or will it be limited to Supergirl?
