He only appeared in the first two films in the DEEU, but Perry White did leave an important mark for both the Man of Steel and Batman v Superman. However, it looks like we won’t be getting his wisdom this time around as Laurence Fishburne revealed that he wouldn’t return to reprise his role as the Daily Planet’s editor in the upcoming Justice League. Speaking with LA Times, the actor spoke about the upcoming team-up film, saying that he can’t do the film due to scheduling issues. “They asked me to come for a day, but I couldn’t work it out, schedule-wise,” the actor explained. “And really, what do you need the newspaperman in Justice League for? You want to see the Flash. You want to see Aquaman. You want to see Wonder Woman. We do agree with that since we hardly saw Perry White in the films. Well, we can’t wait to see the team take action when Justice League comes out in theaters on November 17, 2017.

Ant-Man and the Wasp Begins Production

We haven’t heard about the sequel to Ant-Man for quite a while, but now it looks like we are about to as production has already begun for Ant-Man and the Wasp. News of filming set to begin was made when actor Michael Douglas made a post on his Facebook Page of not only filming to start in July but also his return as Dr. Hank Pym. So what sort of role will Dr. Pym be playing? Well, we pretty much knew he was coming back so it should be interesting to see what kind of role he’ll be playing. Expect to see Ant-Man make his return when the sequel hits theaters on July 6. 2018.

Melissa Benoist Getting a New Costume for Musical Crossover with The Flash

Before becoming the Girl of Steel, Melissa Benoist was singing and dancing during her stint on Glee. We can imagine that fans are excited to see her make use of her musical talents during her crossover with The Flash. We may also be seeing Melissa in a different costume after the actress revealed on Twitter that she would be wearing a new suit during the two-part episode. There’s no picture of the costume, but it has us wondering what would it look like. Probably we could see something shiny since she did say it’s stunning.

Dcotor Strange’s Mads Mikkelson on Kaecilius’ Return

Not many of Marvel’s villains have carried over into other films like Loki or Crossbones. Kaecilius in Doctor Strange faced a similar fate, but Mads Mikkelson would love to go back to the character in a sequel. Talking with IGN, Mikkelson said he would be glad to return at any capacity, even if it was a prequel. “You can always go back, and it’s always interesting to see these character’s stories, and yes, I wouldn’t mind going back and doing that,” Mikkelsen said. “But obviously, you also can’t do that in a Doctor Strange film because it would be like eight hours long of everyone’s backstory.” If there was a chance to tell Kaecilius’ backstory, it would be fun for the actor to do. “We know what the story is and we’ve talked about it, but we just take off from the moment when the story starts and then have to carry that responsibility ourselves from then on.” Would you like to see Kaecilius return in a Doctor Strange sequel?

New The Flash Extended Promo for Attack in Gorilla City

The CW has revealed an extended promo for the next episode of The Flash as we see more action between the Scarlett Speedster and Gorilla Grodd. It’s as if we are getting a visit from the Planet of the Apes with this new trailer as some of Team Flash head to Earth-2’s Gorilla City. We can probably expect some jokes or references from the franchise as the team trying to rescue Earth-2’s Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh). We do get some great shots of Gorilla Grodd in action and it’s great seeing him return with his big presence. Check out the promo below and let us know what you think.

Legends of Tomorrow Head to Camelot in New Extended Promo

Legends of Tomorrow will be off for Valentine’s Day, but next week’s new episode will have them heading into medieval times as they search for Camelot. The team will be lending their help to King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. They will also be teaming up with Star Girl (Sarah Grey) as she guards a piece of the Spear of Destiny. However, Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) is still chasing after the group to get that Spear. Check out the promo below and share your opinion on the video.

Arrow Extended Promo for Spectre Of The Gun

Arrow is coming with a brand new episode this week as we go deep into Rene’s (Rick Gonzalez) past and how he became the vigilante known as Wild Dog. We did get to see a whole different side to Rene during last week’s episode as he helped Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) and it looks like we’ll be seeing more of that in this week’s episode. In flashbacks, we’ll see Rene in flashbacks during his time as a civilian before he became a superhero. Oliver (Stephen Amell) will be handling some business after an attack on City Hall. Check out the promo below and give us your thoughts on it.

Sneak Peak at Chapter 2 in New Promo for Legion

With positive reviews for it’s first episode, Legion is continuing to unfold with this new promo giving us a sneak peak into the rest of the season. During next week’s episode, David Haller (Dan Stevens) starts to explore this new place as Syd (Rachael Keller) and her group try to unlock keys to his mysterious past. The Riddler’s Origins Revealed in New Promo for Gotham

Gotham is on hiatus, but we can expect some interesting developments when the show returns for the rest of its third season in April. In the new promo for the episode ‘How the Riddler Got His Name’, it seems like this new installment promises us to give us the origins of how Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) became one of Batman’s most well known villains, The Riddler. It also appears that we’ll be seeing Nygma wearing the iconic green costume or at least an early rendition of it. See the promo and let us know what you think.
