THE BOY (2016) Movie Images: Lauren Cohan Turns Her Back on ‘The Boy’

The Boy Movie Image Has Been Released. As we reported on yesterday, The Boy (2016) looks like it has all the potential in the world to be a solid horror film. There’s an old house, a solitary woman left to take care of things, and a child she’s babysitting that isn’t quite what he seems to be. I smell potential, but I also smell the stench of a hundred shitty films that have grabbed this premise and run with it. If The Boy will be one of the rare good ones is something left to director William Brent Bell, and is something we’ll have to wait to see.

For now, there’s a new movie image featuring Lauren Cohan turning away from the titular boy.

That second image was used as the header for the trailer we posted yesterday, but its worth posting here again. It’s a nice shot, and gives us a sense of ominousness, mystery, etc.
