Warner Bros. has released at the 2020 DC FanDome the character reveal video and first look, behind-the-scenes footage of The Suicide Squad (2021). The Suicide Squad character reveal video (Rollcall) shows all the key new and returning characters in the film. The BTS The Suicide Squad footage (DC FanDome Exclusive Sneak peek) gives the viewer their first look at what the film will look and possibly feel like under the direction of James Gunn.

From the footage, it looks as though The Suicide Squad will be Rated-R since the squads opponents appear to be human beings this time around but there is no way to tell at this point.
