Tron 3 Filming this Fall with Garrett Hedlund. The third Tron film will begin filming on October 5, 2015 with TRON: Legacy star Garrett Hedlund returning as Sam Flynn. TRON: Legacy director Joseph Kosinski is said to be returning behind the camera for Tron 3 as well.
News of the Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures filming came from Reddit and this Twitter tweet:

After this tweet was published, VanCityBuzz published a report on Tron 3, detailing the above news as well as information about TRON: Legacy‘s production:
A majority of Tron: Legacy was shot at Canadian Motion Picture Park in Burnaby while some ‘real world’ scenes were filmed at the Shangri-La Vancouver Hotel (ENCOM headquarters), the Lions Gate Bridge (final escape scene) and neighbourhoods in East Vancouver.
This would seem in-line with Tron 3 filming in similar, if not the same location, for the third franchise film.
