Gotham, Ellen More Or LessThe Great FireA to Z, and other TV shows have all made recent TV show casting news. These shows air on CBS, ABC, NBC, ITV, and Fox respectively.

Twelve-year-old David Mazouz…is taking on a lead role in another Fox drama series, the Batman prequel Gotham. He will play the iconic comic book character of Bruce Wayne who will grow up to become the Caped Crusader. Also cast in the project…is newcomer Camren Bicondova as Selina Kyle and future Catwoman…Rounding out the regular cast of Gotham is Bicondova as Selina Kyle, a teenage orphan, skilled street thief and pickpocket who is dangerous when cornered.

Ellen More Or Less (NBC)

Stacey McGunnigle has been cast in the title role of NBC’s pilot Ellen More Or Less…The single-camera comedy…centers on Ellen (McGunnigle), an average-size woman who, after losing 100 pounds, begins reinventing herself in life and love.

The Great Fire (ITV)

Andrew Buchan, Rose Leslie…, Jack Huston…, and Daniel Mays…have each taken on key roles in the production from Fleming and Mistresses‘ Ecosse Films…Buchan will play humble baker Thomas Farriner in whose shop the fire began on September 2, 1666. Leslie plays his sister-in-law with whom he has a complex relationship. Huston is the playboy King Charles great fireII and Mays is Samuel Pepys, a close confidante.

A to Z (NBC)

Christina Kirk…has joined NBC’s romantic comedy pilot A To Z…It follows the relationship between a young couple, Andrew (Ben Feldman) and Zelda (Cristin Milioti), from meeting to breakup. Kirk…will play Lydia, nickname Big Bird, the general manager of an online dating company where Andrew works who believes that her job is not to help people find love but to keep them paying the monthly membership fee.

Anthony Anderson Comedy (ABC)

Yara Shahidi…is set to co-star in in the network’s untitled Anthony Anderson pilot…The single-camera comedy centers on an upper-middle-class black man (Anderson) who struggles to raise his children with some sense of cultural identity despite constant contradictions and obstacles coming from his liberal wife (Tracee Ellis Ross), old-school father, and his own assimilated, color-blind kids, including teen daughter Zoey (Shahidi), who is always on her phone.
