Jared Abrahamson has signed on to join Dianna Agron (“Glee”) in the indie drama “Hollow In the Land”

Scooter Corkle will direct from his own screenplay.

Agron will play Alison, a young lesbian struggling with the fact that her father was recently sent to prison for murder. When her brother goes missing, she sets out to find him.

The Glass Castle

Brie Larson is in early talks to replace Jennifer Lawrence as the star of Lionsgate’s “The Glass Castle”

Should the deal happen, Larson would work with director Destin Daniel Cretton

Marti Noxon wrote the first draft of the script

Lawrence had signed on to the project in late 2013 to both star in it and produce it.

“The Glass Castle” is about a young girl who comes of age in a dysfunctional family of nonconformist nomads led by a mother and father who attempt to distract the children from their poverty.

Midnight Sun

Rob Riggle has been cast in Midnight Sun…Midnight Sun centers on Katie (Bella Thorne), a 17-year-old girl sheltered since childhood and confined to her house during the day by a rare disease that makes even the smallest amount of sunlight deadly. Fate intervenes when she meets Charlie (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and they embark on a summer romance.

Riggle will play Katie’s father Jack, a loving and compassionate man who tries his best to give his daughter a good life. Scott Speer is directing a script from Eric Kirsten.

Wayne Bastrup has joined the cast of Warner Bros’ Clint Eastwood drama Sully

Bastrup…plays Brian Kelly, a flight attendant aboard the plane who aided in the rescue of passengers after the landing.

Sand Castle

Luke Evans and Henry Cavill have joined Nicholas Hoult in Sand Castle, the war drama being directed by Fernando Coimbra (Narcos) based on the screenplay by Chris Roessner.

Beau Knapp has been cast in Sand Castle…Knapp plays a sergeant in the unit that is tasked with repairing a broken water system in the dangerous and unstable Iraqi village of Baqubah.
