THE FLASH: Earth Two May Come Sooner in Season Two [The CW]

The Flash family

Earth 2 Storyline May Begin Early During Season Two of The Flash. The freshman season of The Flash blew fans away with its integration of characters and great storytelling. Well, it seems like the writers are planning to do the same for season two, starting with introducing Earth 2.

Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg teased to EW about what the writers are coming up with this year for season two of The Flash. The first season of The CW hit series had surprised many fans with introducing classic characters and using the comics for inspiration for their stories. Well, Kreisberg told EW that the writers are “trying to do the same thing this year”, and are looking to incorporate “Earth 2 and the concept of the multiverse and the concept of dopplegangers” pretty early on during the show’s sophomore run. The EP also added that the writers have “been having a lot of fun with that and getting glimpses of Earth 2 probably sooner than people would’ve thought.”

So could this mean that we may see some parts of Earth 2 during the season premiere? It sure seems like it after we left Barry running into a huge dimensional hole during the freshman finale. Maybe that hole will lead Barry to Earth 2? What do you guys think of this? Are you excited to see what’s in store for the Scarlett Speedster’s second outing?
