Black Summer Trailer

Netflix‘s Black Summer (2019) TV show trailer stars Jamie King, Sal Velez Jr., Aidan Fink, Kash Hill, and Michael Aucoin. Black Summer‘s plot synopsis: “When a mother (Jaime King) is separated from her daughter, she embarks on a harrowing journey, stopping at nothing to find her. Thrust alongside a small group of American refugees, she must brave a hostile new world and make brutal decisions during the most deadly summer of a zombie apocalypse.”

It looks like the most interesting segment of this tale will be the mother’s search for her daughter during an unprecedented event. This is a common parental trope in dramas and horror films but since Netflix has no red light when it comes to content, perhaps Black Summer will be The Walking Dead good (the-first-four-seasons-The Walking Dead good).
