Box Office November 29-December 1, 2019

Frozen 2 was the Number One film at the box office for the second weekend in a row with $85.2 Million for $287.5 Million. Worldwide, Frozen 2 has made $738.5 Million so far.

Knives Out premiered in Second Place with $27 Million at the box office in the United States.

Ford v. Ferrari was Third at the box office over the weekend with $13.2 Million.

A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood was Fourth at the box office over the weekend with $11.7 Million.

Queen & Slim premiered in Fifth Place at the box office over the weekend with $11.6 Million.

21 Bridges, Playing with Fire, Midway, Joker, and Last Christmas rounded out the Top Ten respectively.

Knives Out is a 2019 American mystery film written, produced, and directed by Rian Johnson. Described as a modern take on the whodunit murder mystery, the film follows a family gathering gone awry, after the family patriarch’s death leads a master detective to investigate. The film stars an ensemble cast, including Daniel Craig, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, Lakeith Stanfield, Katherine Langford, Jaeden Martell, and Christopher Plummer.

Queen & Slim is a 2019 American romantic drama film directed by Melina Matsoukas (in her feature directorial debut) and written by Lena Waithe, from a story by James Frey and Waithe. The film stars Daniel Kaluuya, Jodie Turner-Smith, Bokeem Woodbine, Chloë Sevigny, Flea, Sturgill Simpson and Indya Moore. Described as a modern day take on the legend of Bonnie and Clyde, the plot follows two African-Americans who must go on the run after killing a police officer during a traffic stop gone wrong.
