Coco Trailer 4
The fourth movie trailer for Coco (2017) from Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
Coco plot summary from Imdb:
Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel (voice of newcomer Anthony Gonzalez) dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz (voice of Benjamin Bratt). Desperate to prove his talent, Miguel finds himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael GarcÃa Bernal), and together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

As many have pointed out, it’s hard to watch any of the trailers for Coco and come away not thinking of The Book of Life. From the Mexican setting to the unexpectedly cheery skeletons, it’s tempting to dismiss the movie as a rip-off of the 2014 Feel FX film. Yet after seeing the latest trailer, I’m inclined to disregard such comparisons. While I wouldn’t say it looks like it’s a movie on par with Up or Ratatouille, it appears entertaining enough, with beautiful animation and a good dose of light Pixar humor.
Lee Unkrich and Adrian Molina‘s Coco (2017) stars Edward James Olmos, Alanna Ubach, Benjamin Bratt, Gael Garcia Bernal, Gabriel Iglesias, Cheech Marin, Jaime Camil, Alfonso Arau, Lombardo Boyar, Sofia Espinosa, Anthony Gonzalez, Selene Luna, Renee Victor, Bianca Araceli, and Luis Valdez.
