Army of One
Nicolas Cage is set to star in Army of One, the bizarre true tale of Gary Faulkner’s mission to single-handedly hunt down Osama bin Laden in Pakistan. Borat‘s Larry Charles is directing…Pic is scripted by Scott Rothman and Rajiv Joseph (Draft Day).
Extraction
Bruce Willis is set to star in Extraction, a thriller directed by Steven C. Miller…Umair Aleem wrote the script.
Willis plays a former CIA operative who hasn’t been the same since his wife was murdered. His son is a fresh young CIA operative following in his footsteps and with his father they are working on the development of a super-weapon called the Condor, when dad is kidnapped by a terrorist group. Learning that there is no plan for his father to be saved, Harry launches his own rescue operation. It leads to a conspiracy that will change his life forever.
Ben-Hur
Moises Arias has joined the cast of Ben-Hur…Arias will play Gestas, a teenage Jewish zealot whose family has been murdered by the Romans, who is desperate to fight for his people’s freedom.
Memoria
Luna Blaise…got a role in the James Franco drama Memoria…James Franco, Teo Halm, and Thomas Mann also star…directed by Vladimir de Fontenay and Nina Ljeti.
Ronald Reagan Biopic
David Henrie (ICM, Untitled, Jackoway Tyerman) will play Ronald Reagan as a young man in a new biopic. Reagan is told from the point of view of a KGB officer keeping tabs on Reagan since his days as an actor, SAG president and staunch anti-communist.
Star Wars Spin-off
Tatiana Maslany…is testing for the female lead in the Star Wars spinoff that is being directed by Gareth Edwards.
Rooney Mara…is also due to test this week among a handful of others, according to multiple sources.

Cedric Nicolas-Troyan has been tapped by Universal to replace Frank Darabont
