Game of Thrones Season 2 Terror Teaser Trailer. The Game of Thrones “Terror” TV Show Teaser Trailer, with words from Carice van Houten‘s Melisandre, has no footage, only the spoke words: “The night is dark and full of terrors.”

Melisandre is “a powerful sorceress and religious prophet who councils the late King Robert’s eldest younger brother Stannis as he returns to contend for the Iron Throne, recently acquired by the maniacal and young Joffrey”. On the current production of Game of Thrones: Season 2:

The series has been filming since July, but a premiere date has not been announced. According to THR, author/executive producer George R.R. Martin revealed that he is looking forward to seeing the Battle of the Blackwater scene, which will be featured in episode 9.

“That’s got a gigantic battle that’s very ambitious and expensive. I’m looking forward o that with a mixture of anticipation and trepidation but we have a great director for that: we signed Neil Marshall to direct that episode.”

Other Game of Thrones: Season 2 cast includes:

Stephen Dillane (John Adams, King Arthur) as Stannis Baratheon and Carice van Houten (Repo Men) as Melisandre. More additions include Liam Cunningham (Camelot) as the onion knight Davos, Natalie Dormer (The Tudors) as Margaery Tyrell, Gwendoline Christie as the knight Brienne, Nonso Anozie as a merchant prince, Tom Wlaschiha as the assassin Jaqen H’gar, Roy Dotrice as a pyromancer, Oliver Ford Davies as Maester Cressen, a maester in service to Stannis Baratheon, Ben Crompton (“Man Stroke Woman”) as Dolorous Edd of the Night’s Watch, Michael McElhatton, Robert Pugh, Hannah Murray, and Gemma Whelan as the axe wielding Yara Greyjoy.

an HBO adaptation of George R.R. Martin’s epic fantasy novel series “A Song of Ice and Fire”. Set in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, where summers span decades and winters can last a lifetime, Game of Thrones chronicles the violent dynastic struggles among the kingdom’s seven noble families for control of the Iron Throne.
