SUPERGIRL: A New Hero Rises in Latest Trailer and Crossover Campaign [CBS]

Arrow Supergirl The Flash

New Supergirl TV Promo and Crossover Plans. CBS released a new minute-long trailer for a small screen version of Supergirl with some details coming from the Television Critics Association press tour revealing whether or not the new superhero will cross paths with Arrow and The Flash.

The new promo pretty much tackles the fact that Melissa Benoist’s Kara Zor-El will be taking on her famous cousin’s role as Earth’s protector after revealing to the world what she can do. At the TCA tour, CBS Chairman Nina Tassler showed some plans on whether we will see a potential crossover with The CW’s own DC shows Arrow and The Flash. While it’s unlikely that we will be seeing these three shows sharing screen time, CBS did say there’s a possibility that the shows can do a crossover promotion, according to EW.

It would be helpful to reach the same fanbase for both CW shows to start watching Supergirl. Showrunner Greg Berlanti first announced that all three shows could possibly crossover. CBS doesn’t seem to desire that idea, at least not yet. As Tassler stated before, the network wants the show to grow before considering some options. What do you guys think?
