It seems like Inhumans may make it’s premiere on IMAX a little sooner than expected this Fall. There’s also an official logo for the upcoming Marvel series. It was late last year when ABC and Marvel announced that production was going to begin on a new superhero series based on Blackbolt and the Inhumans. Now we find out that the series will make its premiere in IMAX on September 1st before it airs on TV on September 26. The IMAX screening will show the first two episodes of the eight-episode first season. Roel Reine will be directing the first two episodes, which will be filmed using IMAX digital cameras. A slightly different version will air on ABC with more content. The new logo also gets an update from it’s previous one for the scrapped film. Are you excited for Inhumans to premiere this Fall?

Venom Film Gets a Start Date on Production

There has been some interesting development regarding the new Venom film, including when production will begin. Sometimes, production listings are best taken lightly, but My Entertainment World has been reliable on this kind of information. The site recently put up a posting on Venom, indicating that production may soon begin this Fall. Seeing that the film is looking to be released next October, this does make sense to start shooting later this year so casting should be starting soon as well. What is interesting is that the site lists the film as action sci-fi horror flick. This can put the film in some interesting angles, possibly using alien planets and some horror elements with the symbiotes. Maybe we can expect Carnage to make an appearance. For now, this is all speculation but there is some potential in this. What do you guys think?

Chris Evans Open to Continuing as Captain America After Avengers 4

After Avengers 4, Chris Evans’ contract will be up, leaving his role as Captain America in question. However, the actor does seem like he isn’t quite ready to hang up his shield yet. He has made five appearances in the MCU starting with Captain America: The First Avenger. After he’s done with the two-part Avengers: Infinity War/Avengers 4, his contract will be completed and we possibly won’t see him play the Sentinel of Liberty afterwards. Even though Chris is looking to do other projects, an interview with Collider suggests that he is open to coming back the role. Here’s what he said:

It’s really not up to me. My contract is up. I’m not going to sit here and say, “No more.” I think Hugh Jackman has made 47 Wolverine movies, and they somehow keep getting better. It’s a character I love, and it’s a factory that really knows what they’re doing. The system is sound, over there. They make great movies. If they weren’t kicking out quality, I’d have a different opinion. But, everything Marvel does seems to be cinema gold. And like I said, I love the character. The only reason it would end is ‘cause my contract is up. After Avengers 4, my contract is done. Talk to Marvel. If we engage further, I’d be open to it. I love the character. It’s almost like high school. You certainly always look to senior year, and then, all of a sudden, senior year happens and you’re like, “I don’t know if I’m ready to go.” It’s tough thinking about not playing the guy.

Well the actor seems open to it, so maybe we haven’t seen the last of Captain America. What are your thoughts on this?

Arrow Extended Promo for Disbanded

Adrian Chase (Josh Segarra) brought out Oliver Queen’s (Stephen Amell) secret to light that his crusade to save Star City was all based on a lie. After admitting his guilt, it seems like Oliver is hanging up is hood for good but apparently he still plans on taking Chase down. In this week’s episode, Oliver ends up hiring the Bratva for help to kill Prometheus but it doesn’t seem like this idea is sitting well with Diggle (David Ramsey). Such a rash decision that the two men end up fighting each other over it. It will be interesting to see what Oliver will do next after giving up his superhero persona. What do you guys think of this? Check out the promo and let us know what you think.

The Team Enters a New Reality in New Legends of Tomorrow Promo ‘Doomsworld’

The Legion of Doom has successfully rewritten reality, so now it’s up to Mick (Dominic Purcell) to become the hero. In this extended promo for the upcoming penultimate episode of Legends of Tomorrow, Doomsworld has become the new reality for the team. We saw Mick betray the team, but it seems like he has regretted that decision, which is why he is trying to reassemble the team to stop the Legion. The most surprising development is Sara (Caity Lotz) and Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) as they have become co-heads of security for the Legion so it will be hard for Mick to get the team together again. Can he be able to pull off the task? Check out the promo and let us know what you think.

New Legion Promo Teases What’s Coming in Season Finale

Expect some big reveals during this week’s upcoming season finale of Legion. After getting some answers and an X-Men Easter egg, this installment will certainly close out the season with a bang based on this promo. We did get an idea of who David Haller’s (Dan Stevens) father is and the powerful entity that is controlling his body. The group managed to escape the clutches of the Shadow King thanks to Oliver Bird (Jermaine Clement). However, more trouble lies ahead for the group as Division 3 starts closing in on them. It looks like David has a control over his powers but his friends are worried just how powerful he has become. Check out the promo for the season finale and let us know what you think.
