After the announcement of the cast who will be a part of the next installment starring Chris Hemsworth, the one name missing from the list was Natalie Portman. It was later revealed that the actress won’t be returning to the film, and Natalie Portman also confirmed it when she spoke with The Wall Street Journal. “As far as I know, I’m done,” Portman said in an interview. “I don’t know if, maybe, one day they’ll ask for an Avengers 7 or whatever. I have no idea! But as far as I know I’m done.” She then talked about her general experience playing Jane Foster saying that it “was all great” and that she’s thankful to have been a part of a larger shared universe.
