Iron Fist Cancelled After Two Seasons on Netflix

Marvel’s Iron Fist will not return for a third season on Netflix. Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is proud of the series and grateful for all of the hard work from our incredible cast, crew and showrunners. We’re thankful to the fans who have watched these two seasons, and for the partnership we’ve shared on this series. While the series on Netflix has ended, the immortal Iron Fist will live on.

There is a rumor that Disney Play, Disney’s upcoming streaming service, “has put the idea of a resurrection in consideration as it fosters the likes of the already announced Jon Favreau produced Star Wars series too.”

Novel Beacon 23 is being adapted into a TV Series

Hugh Howey’s novel Beacon 23 is becoming like a television show for Charter Communications’ Spectrum cable systems. It will be written by Zak Penn.

Beacon 23‘s plot synopsis:

Beacon 23 is set in the 23rd Century, where a series of beacons help passing ships avoid disaster. The adaptation will focus on one man who thinks he’ll be able to find peace manning one of these remote space lighthouses, before realizing that he won’t be able to outrun his past.

Avengers 4 Reshoots Have Concluded

Anthony Russo and Joe Russo‘s reshoots for the fourth Avengers film have been completed. Avengers 4 will be released on May 3, 2019.

Apple Customers Will Receive Streaming Content for Free

Apple has announced that it will be giving away to its Apple customers its upcoming streaming content for free. The content will be available in Apple operating system’s TV app. The Apple app will also offer subscription channels for other streaming services. Apple streaming service will launch in march of 2019.
