TV Review: Spartacus: Blood and Sand: Season 1, Episode 8: Mark of the Brotherhood

Spartacus Blood and Sand Mark of the Brotherhood Review

Spartacus (Andy Whitfield) has fully embraced his new persona and the arena in Spartacus: Blood and Sand: Season 1, Ep. 8: Mark of the Brotherhood and finally gets his revenge on Crixus (Manu Bennett) for all of his ill conduct towards him as the new Champion of Capua. Seeing the new confidence in Spartacus’ words and actions brings something to the show that it had been lacking. Crixus, weak from injure and inactivity, also added to the mix. Seeing Ilithyia (Viva Bianca) embarrassed by Spartacus was great as was Crixus coming to his aid against a would-be assasain. Poor Segovax (Mike Edward) and his manhood.
