The theatrical movie box office results for January 27, 2023 through January 29, 2023 have been released.

Avatar: The Way of Water was Number One at the box office for the sixth week in a row with $15.7 Million for $620.5 Million so far. Worldwide, the film has made over $2.1 Billion.

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish was Second at the box office for the second week in a row with $10.6 Million for $140.8 Million so far. Worldwide, the film has made over $334.1 Million.

A Man Called Otto was Third over the weekend with $6.7 Million so far.

Megan was Fourth in the United States with $6.3 Million so far.

Pathaan premiered in Fifth Place at the box office over the weekend with $5.9 Million.

These films: Missing, Plane, The Wandering Earth 2, Infinity Pool (which premiered this weekend), and Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist (which premiered this weekend) rounded out the top ten respectively.

Pathaan is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Aditya Chopra. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, alongside Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana. It is the fourth instalment in the YRF Spy Universe. Written by Shridhar Raghavan, Abbas Tyrewala and Anand, the film is about Pathaan, an exiled RAW agent, who must take down Jim, a former RAW agent-turned-rogue leader of a private terror organisation, who is planning to spread a deadly lab-generated virus across India.

Infinity Pool is a 2023 science fiction horror film written and directed by Brandon Cronenberg. It is an international co-production starring Alexander Skarsgård, Mia Goth, and Cleopatra Coleman. The film follows a struggling writer who meets a strange woman while on vacation, and soon discovers dark secrets outside the resort.

Left Behind: Rise of the Antichrist is a 2023 drama. After millions of people vanish and the world falls into chaos, the only light is a charismatic leader who rises to become head of the U.N. But does he bring hope for a better future? Or is it the end of the world?
